BHI General Contracting began nearly two decades ago by doing tenant finish for restaurants, and we are proud to say we still do work for our very first client. We build relationships and make sure every customer is more than just satisfied. Every project is customized - whether our clients have just a concept and need help with budgeting, design, and site selection, or if they already have plans and are ready to permit and build. Whether you need just a $2000 paint job, or want a $3,000,000 new building, we are here to help.
Today we do far beyond tenant finish, also completing 4-6 ground-up buildings per year for restaurants, automotive centers, strip malls, retail, office buildings, and medical/dental practices. As an industrial general contractor BHI has a team that works with our many industrial clients for budgeting, maintenance, renovation, and additions/ground-up – and a separate division, Remark Construction, a residential General Contractor which builds houses and does extensive renovation work for homeowners.
As a Cincinnati commercial general contractor with nearly 600 completed commercial projects - our pricing is extremely competitive, we have never been sued, and we have never had a workman’s comp claim.
